About these terms
These terms govern use of the Posey Puff Creations website. They are separate from any later event agreement or contract.
Website information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information current, but services, designs, availability, pricing and policies may change. Gallery examples illustrate types of work. Specific designs, colors, menus, quantities and availability may vary.
Event requests are not reservations
Submitting Request Your Event, sending a message or otherwise contacting us does not reserve a date or guarantee availability. An event is booked only after Posey Puff confirms availability and applicable booking requirements are completed, including the required agreement and deposit.
Pricing
Standard balloon twisting currently begins at $125/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Final pricing may vary with travel, duration, staffing, event size, customization, public-event requirements and multi-day scheduling. Large events, festivals, fairs, multi-day engagements, specialty work and custom work may be individually quoted.
Deposits, cancellation, rescheduling and weather
Event-specific quotes, agreements, invoices and booking documentation control. General website policies explain standard practices. If an event agreement differs from general website information, the event agreement controls for that booking.
Capacity estimates
Creations-per-hour numbers are planning estimates, not guarantees. Actual output varies with complexity, guest interaction, ages, conditions, menus, supplies, crowd flow and staffing.
Custom designs and caricatures
Custom work may require preparation, reference materials, design time, advance notice or additional fees. An idea, photo, theme or reference does not guarantee exact reproduction.
Photography and intellectual property
Original website text, branding, graphics and Posey Puff photography are owned by or used with permission of Posey Puff Creations unless otherwise stated. Third-party trademarks, characters and brands belong to their respective owners. Recognizable themed creations do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
Acceptable use
Do not submit fraudulent or abusive requests, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorized access, automate form abuse or unlawfully misuse website content.
Third-party links
Third-party websites, social networks and news coverage have their own terms and policies.
Website availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Posey Puff is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website use or inability to use the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
